LMI is awarded the Arlington County Electrical Services Contract -LMI provides all necessary management, supervision, personnel, overhead, labor, tools, materials, and equipment for Electrical Maintenance/Repairs at County Owned/Maintained facilities. Work may be performed on interior or exterior as requested. The work includes: Lighting – interior/exterior, all types of emergency service backup systems, conduit, wiring and cabling, distribution cabinets, sub panels, circuit breakers, time clocks, photo cells, switch gear, disconnect switches, transformers, electrical control centers, generators, motors and pumps, and other electrical services as required.
