Safety Improvements Along the Four Mile Run Trail

The frequently used Four Mile Run trail had a serious safety issue as it crossed under several bridges in Arlington, VA., but most of the lights under the bridges were in disrepair. We evaluated the situation and recommended to the county the lights not be repaired but instead be completely replaced with LED lighting designed specifically for the application. LMI carefully selected each fixture based on wattage and NEMA light distribution pattern. After the install was complete, the results speak for themselves.
