Bill Besece, Wayne Rickard, Reginald Cooper, David Meyers, and Jah Taylor-Wells worked on Presidential Pkwy repairing UG circuits. Recent construction in the area damaged several sections of SL cable. With all the rain we have received over the past month water was a hazard filling in the holes, work was slow as safety is priority.
