Lighting Maintenance Inc. (LMI) has been a partner with the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) since 2000. We are currently maintaining 85% of VDOT’s roadway lighting inventory. Over the past several Years LMI has been converting VDOT’s HID roadway lighting to LED. To date we have converted 1,000’s of lights saving 60%+ in energy costs at dozens of locations throughout Virginia.
