Howard University –
LMI was contracted through Musco to retrofit the football field lighting system at Howard University prior to the university’s homecoming game. The project took place in the heart of Washington, DC, creating logistical challenges.
The scope included demolition of existing fixtures, crossarms, and controls; installation of new Musco fixtures, crossarms, ECEs, and wiring harnesses; installation of Musco control-link and contactor cabinets; and installation of touchscreen show-light controls with RGB color lighting.
